The server stops responding while inspecting this forum though it frequently stays up

The server stops responding while inspecting this forum though it frequently stays up since before.
It doesn't guess at all in me though it doesn't know what has happened as a problem.
It becomes impossible to frequently access BJP forums even if the bookmark of url is clicked to it.
I want to know why I am.
Please answer by all means.

 

The error message is this thing.

"サーバが応答を停止していたため、ページ“http://www.boards.jp/forums/index.php”を開けませんでした。"English translation:
Because the server had stopped responding, page “http://www.boards.jp/forums/index.php" ..".. was not opened. "

Though the memory is written in reliance because another doesn't have keeping from.

"サーバが応答を拒否しました"
English translation:
"The server refused the response. "

is


I become very unpleasant feelings imagining that I am rejected.

This English tells me not to be able to understand the meaning this.

 

This often happens at random. And, it is irregular.

It is a lot of frequencies in the situation not logged in with.
Is it three times twice a day at log in?

It doesn't clearly decide.

 

Boards was down for me for the last few days as well. It would try to ping the server and time out. Just a heads up.
