    well, i'm a die hard megumi fan, but from the selections, i'd go shakira...shee kicks booty...and well, i'll have respect for britney when she appears in hustler...lol

    Christina is the best American female singer, but the most one is Utada Hikaru so far.. I dont like Female singers that much, I rather male singers. :p

    I love Britney. When she comes to Japan to have her first concert in Japan last May , I was so happy:) I love her dance too.

    I'm not too of fans for American singers ^^; I'm a great fan of Megumi Hayashibara and Ayumi Hamasaki :p But from the choices, I'll either go with Christina or Mandy Moore (in particular because of the movie A Walk to Remember XD)

    I like Shakira the best. But I also think that Brittany Spears is an awful singer, she is the worst kind of role model.

    Ick. As most who have posted replies, I prefer some Japanese singers. I like whole groups, like say, Blink182 or Sum41, or SimplePlan, or Jars of Clay, or Two-Mix, or...anyway! The list is long, so my favorite female singers are

    Megumi Hayashibara

    &

    Emiko Shiratori.
