I'm guessing this is the one that Alana's dad is owning?
Didn't hear anything about it really, just what Claire said, certainly didn't hear about it opening.

Took a look in there this evening.
€42 for each volume of Akira is a bit much. They didn't even have a price on that Eva toy either, was afraid to ask ^_^
Cool Gundam 0083 T-Shirt in the window but the whole look of it was a bit too anime for me.
It's a great shop if you're into fantasy stuff, loads of those kinda books, and the swords they have rule, those were the only thing my friends even looked at.

Was in there again today, bought the GITS manga for a decent price, €24.30. Every other manga in there is a rip off.

They've gotten more anime VHS stuff in and have a couple of DVD's in the window, End of Eva, Robotech II and something else which slips my mind at the moment.
They're charging €40 for the old Akira 2 VHS set and €20+ for the other stuff I checked.

I never saw the Love Hina manga in there.
The Zeta Gundam wall scroll in the window is mine soon :)

Yeah probably cos it was second hand copy.
    Mine to be exact.
Not really though, it's just I loaned Alanna my copy of GITS a few years ago and I have yet to see it ever again.
I should go in a demand a free copy.

I'm afraid to go in there.

    Nah, this one is mint.
Looks mint anyway, still haven't bothered reading it though cause I'm to busy with some other book.
Doesn't seem much like the movie, I'd heard that already but still was hoping it'd be kinda similar.
Anyhow, GitS 2 movie coming out 2004, Oshii and all.

ah I was just kidding anyay.
Ironicly I'll probably buy a copy of it there.
THe GITS comic is far far better than the movie.
The characters are far better and more developed.
There is actually humour in it. The GITS game, even though it had only a few cutscenes was closer to the comic than the movie ever was.
In the movie they really sold Kusanagi short. She's really 2 dimensional in the movie.

Hmm..very nice place. Picked up loads of **** today and yesterday.

They had Love Hina graphics novels..not the manga. They were the proper, japanese style read back-to-front ones too. Which was nice.

Not much in the line of anime Dvds.

Nice collection of wall scrolls too..i'd have picked one up, if they werent so expensive ;p

/me strokes his new Zaku keyring.

Ok, never spotted any Gundam keyrings in there.
Already got myself an SD RX-78-GP01 keyring but it's not the kinda one you'd want to carry round in yer pocket, cause it'd tear chunks outta ya with it's beam rifle.
