Sailor Moon A Shame

Anime is great and all because you get to see the action bit you read in the manga. Shame it cant all go like it does in the manga...

What I don't like is the uniforms in the Anime Series Stars... What's with those huge bulbs on Sailor Moon's arms.. that is sick. Her feathers are a bit crazed not to mention the colours of her uniform. Should have left as it is. Far as her transformations and new powers, wish they would have left as was... Pretty neat .. but then they probably wouldnt have enough shows to go on..

What are your views on some of the stuff in manga or anime for sailormoon any season?

 

I don't like the puffed sleeves either. It IS sick. They're not so puffy in the manga though. They're are many things about the anime I don't like. Such as the personalities of Usagi, Mamoru, Chibi-Usa, Minako, and Makoto. They're personalities were greatly exploited, and I didn't like that. Another thing that bothers me is that they didn't have the awesome attacks they had in the manga. That was very disappointing. I didn't like how they decided to make the Starlights all-male as the Three Lights, and all-female as the Starlights (they were all-female both ways in the manga) just so that they can create drama between Seiya and Usagi.


There are some things I didn't like in the manga too. I didn't like the anti-male thing with Rei, and I didn't like how she was so dark and sullen. It just made her look like a wench. Also, Ami was extremely pushy in the manga. It just annoyed me so much. I like the anime Rei and anime Ami much better... Then there's the Ayakashi Sisters... What's with the hideous outfits? They're so boring to me as well. Also, those two ditzes Ruruna and Naruru in one of Chibi-Usa's picture diaries. They were just flat-out sickening to me, and extremely annoying. I felt as Hotaru did in that story...


Well... I'm done with my opinions. Their are alot of things I like about both versions, but that list is MUCH longer.
