to those who need so much more...

I feel terrible to realize, so selfish am I
To forget about the others and not wonder why.
They have been hurt so much more than I, by
The wrath of nature that has caused so many to die.
With no way there and no time to spare, selfish am I.
The only thing I can do right now is sit here and cry.

Yes it is true it makes no sense unless you have 1. looked at the other thread I started (Hurricane Katrina) and 2. know that I like to emotionally abuse myself for putting myself before others. I really hate myself for being depressed for trivial things. I have suffered nothing compared to so many in the world and yet I whine and complain about stupid stuff... for more see my diary, RPfishh at OpenDiary.

Wow this is considered long? You should have seen the one I wrote to my mother when i moved out. It was like pages. Epic. I like this poem. I think we all feel sad at some point.
