Anime AdultSwim Premiers

For all those who have yet to noticed. . . Adult swim has added some new shows to their programing. The new additions premiered last Saturday and will continue to air on Saturday nights. But for those of you who have missed the premiers, (like me ^^;; ) Have a second chance. Yes. This Thursday night.

In addition to the new shows there is reairing (from the begining) Wolfs Rain and Witch Hunter Robin.

New shows on Saturday nights:
Squidbillies
Fullmetal Alchemist
Ghost In The Shell
Super Milk Chan

Sunday Night:
Tom Goes to the Mayor

I hope Adult Swim gets a lot of new shows but at the same time I don't want them getting it because they never finish what they start (or it's very rare they do anyway) and they cut out a lot from the show

 

Oh poopy I missed them its friday today.....*ahem* WAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

 

Man, I wonder if Scandinavia CN would "broadcast" Adult swim. But meh, I doubt it, considering that the channel shuts down at 21:00 and shows TCM instead...

Thats too Bad. But for future reference, you will always have 2 chances to watch. Saturday Night or the Rerun Thursday night. Nothing much happened in the first episodes, just kind of had some background info with The alchemists trying to bring back their mother. Im sure you'll cetch up. ^_^

 

Hopefully they finish FullMetal Alchemist. It kinda blows since they stopped showing Case Closed, and the new episodes are only on DVD. So they're pretty much MAKING you but the DVD's if you really like the show.

 

I dono, I like the current line-up. I liked Cased Closed, but I seem to like Full Metal Alchemist more. I would rather have them air it over Cased Closed.

Oh yea! Definetly, me too! FullMetal Alchemist (in my opinion) is way better than Case Closed, and it forever will be. But that's off topic.

Hopefully they show some new shows on Adult Swim, when they get done with the old ones, wich might be some time, *sigh* i wish they didn't take so long to finish Animes. Seriously, take FMA as an example, one episode a week, times 52 episodes, that's 52 WEEKS to show a single anime! Seems like a lot doesn't it?

Oh well, no point showing it on the weekdays, people (like me) have school and stuff, and can't stay up late at night, so i guess we'll have to settle for once a week eh?

Adult Swim

Yeah well Adult Swim is getting better and better but what ever happend to FLCL??Man that show was the ****!!!

 

They should just do what they are doing with a lot of tv shows have a marathon. I would be glued to the set if they showed a FMA marathon. or even a case closed, but then people who don't like FMA and cased closed (They don't know what they're missing) will complain.
But Hey what can ya do?

How can anyone hate FMA? It gives one of the highest ratings. If people were to complaint, here's an example of what would happen to a complaint:

Working Dudeicks paper up, and sees that it's a complaint...out of total reflex he shoots the paper in the trash (or just deletes the message) and goes on iving happly ever after....until he gets another complaint, then the whole proccess is repeated...

Besides, who really would wanna take out a show as good as FMA? What's there to hate?

I know FMA is great!! If only they were willing to put on a marathon with all the episodes it would be awsome!! But to be quite honest there are those out there that would rather see other animes on adult swim than FMA (who knows why but hey F-them in the A). But we can only hope that they would be willing to show a marathon of FMA. But like anything we can only hope. I don't know bout you but they should put Toonami back on every day and put the marathon on it; or even put the marathon on Sat.

 

i can tell you why they would complain the people complaining have nothing to do except to complain

 

I like FMA , I don't think that anime is bad
in my country , the channel is nice , i can see everyday, 52 episodes its a big anime.
but i think wich France must spend more anime , we can't all japanese anime so the USA , they got more mangas on the tv. There are 9 years ago , they stop Sailor Moon 'cause the Censure, so we never see the last season where we see Galaxia.

 

I tihnk they will finish what they started with FMA cause it seems to be getting good ratings, and FLCL stopped airing because there are only about 6 episodes. Case Closed was good but a bit formulaic so maybe thats why they stopped it?

i dunno, as long as they keep Trigun and Cowboy Bebop im not complainin'

 

I also hear that on May 28th Adult Swim is going to air s-CRY-ed...I'm afraid...very afraid. Does anybody remember Tom the robot, host for Toonami...he does the lead character's (Kazuma Torisuna) voice but that's only concerning me a little, the voice actor for one of the character, Cougar Straight, is Crispin, the same voice for Tylor in The Irresponsible Captain Tylor...and Cougar is supposed to speed speak (because his Alter is speed) and Crispins voice--for Tylor--was almost drunken and Zen like XD

Duh...I just spun off topic. Ahem, what I meant to say was, Adult Swim also added Samurai Champloo (though that might have been a while ago)....when is it going to broadcast new episodes of Inuyasha? Wuwaahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Actually, new episodes of Inuyasha have been on for some time now. Every Saturday night.
