    That most be fanart, Akito is so a "guy".
    In the manga and anime.
    I dislike stuipd rumor like that.
    I've read most of the Japaese manga and "he" is guy.
    Trust me, he is male.

    Akito is a woman. This seems to be a hugely kept secret/taboo conversation in the Sohma family about this. There also seems to be a relationship between Shigure and Akito. In anime, there are so many guys who look like girls, why can't a woman conceal herself as a man?

    What volume/chapter of the manga was that second picture from?
    (I still think that is fanart)
    The first picture was from ep. 13 of the anime.
    "He" is a guy in that epiode, I've seen all 26 eps.
    Find more proof then same picture.
    Find out what vol. or Chapter that picture is from, and look it up.
    Read it for youselfs, then tell people it's ture.

    I don't have a crush on Akito or get screwed up knowing he is really a she. Most of the Sohma family don't know Akito is a girl either. If you read most of the manga, then did memento understand chapter 100 wrong?

    I only have up to manga 14 (Chs. 78-83)
    I still need to buy vol. 15.
    I'm still in shock that akito is a women. :eek:

    Yea, I've read and looked at the evidence awhile back. It's not like it was a big deal for me, I still think Akito is goregous either way.

    I love Takuya's style in storylines and character developments, she seems to throw in just the perfect twists.

    1.no.he has the core of the curse.
    2.hes angry because he doesnt want anyone outside the family to get close to sohmas.and kanna coudnt help with the curse.
    3.no idea.
    4.yes.sice hes head of the family,he carries the core of the curse.so, he was boron in order to die.
    oh.and hes not cursed.

    About this talk about Akito being a woman can someone give me the specific page number? This is because vol. 15 ends at chapter 89 and there is no picture of Akito staring in a mirror and seeing himself as a woman. I have the latest volume and I've looked through it three times now and I haven't seen it. Volume 16 isn't out yet at least not where I can buy it. I'm talking about the Japanese volumes. So if you can tell me the page number then I would have solid proof. I can't go to those sites stated so if you would kindly tell me what page then I would be able to believe this a little better.
