Square Enix Al Bhed Or Yevon? -[FFX]-

ok,
if you woke up one day, and you were on spira, and you learned that you had been confused by sins toxin,and you had forgot everything, which religion would you join? yevon or al bhed?

id probably join al bhed, cus there just cool, and yah get to use machina

 

I would like to be a Crusader, so I choose Yevon.

Okay, firstly Al Bhed isn't a religion, it's a race. Secondly, Yevon are evil. If you didn't grasp that, you are probably pretty stupid.

 

Yevon was too much of an allegory for the Medieval Catholic Church for my liking. Besides, Yu Yevon was a defiler against himself, and all of his Maesters were morons, especially Kinoc and that Ronso guy.

The Al Bhed were the best. As far as I can tell, they seem like a "free society", and they get the cool guns and boats and things. The only problem is that Cid is a redneck.

Come on, Yevon was a racist loser of a deity who held a grudge way too long. And he stole that really cool hymn from the Al Bhed as well.
I guess it really depends on where you end up, though. I mean, if you got thrust headlong into Bevelle, you'd probably join Yevon, but if you landed on Bikanel and were rescued from some badass Cactuars by the Al Bhed, you'd probably like them better.
The Al Bhed get the cool goggles though.
