    I really like WarCraft 3 and will stick with it and the second place goes to Age of Wonders (the first game, the second sucked big time)

    In no particular order:

    Age of Empires series (including Star Wars Battlegrounds) - being the Star Wars fan that I am, I can't pass up a good game of Battlegrounds now and then. the AoE series has some interesting game-winning alternatives, and a travel through several ages.

    'Craft' Series' - The original Warcraft was where the town-building strategy craze all caught on. Warcraft 2 was my favorite of the medieval series, since it built up on the original and fixed its play faults. 3 has changed again, but I still prefer Starcraft which is probably the strategy game that has best stood the test of time with challenge, playability, and variety.

    Heroes of Might and Magic series - An excellent RPG/Strategy hybrid that proves you can have a fun strategy game without big graphics or realtime. It takes about a full day to finish a standard multiplayer game, though. :)

    These are my favorite stragedy games of all time

    1. StarCraft - Can't ever get enough of it i just play it and play it and its how old....

    2. Age of Empires/galatic battlegrounds - this use to be my all time favorite excellent game tho ;)

    i don;t really have a third favorite i guess you can say heroes 3 could be play many countless hours on that game ;) or the warcraft series excellent games!
