I have that ROM, the game is very fun, cept for the horrible translating ^_^

 

That flash movie is around two years old... It's still a classic anyway... I'm sure about most people that use the internet have seen it at some point before

 

LOT is a master of telling you how old something is and how he's already seen it

All your base has moved on into that legendary category, with Beowulf. Methinks we should move on to something like Yatta! (already itself rather old [preempts LOT hahahaha] )

Speaking of the ROM, I have seen arcade ROM. It didn't have the opening sequence, IIRC, it is only on the genesis version, which I don't have. Would love to get it *hint* (may have my consoles mixed up. at any rate, I have a version without the intro)

As an indication of how well known AYB is, it actually featured in an episode of Futurama.

As far as I remember, It was the one where the cast were all part of some crazed, video-game world...anywho, at one stage a space ship landed and all these game characthers popped out, and one of the guys from Robotron spouted the catch phrase.

Had me in sticthes, and no one else watching had a clue what I was laughing at

Hmm, I was just thinking about this over the past couple of days too. Living in the past. I've got that rom too, Zero Wing it is. I haven't seen Yatta, although I've heard of it.
