Recreation alone

Been a while since I had a good whine. Here goes.

a girl I liked and with whom I enjoyed spending time slipped away, thanks to my own insecurity. Never sure if she liked me, I managed not to call her for so long, there is no way she would now.

We were so alike. It was too good to be true and I've ensured that it isn't. She just left for school in Alaska, so at least I don't see her across the room and kick myself for not talking to her. I still see her in my mind though, and it's just as bad.

It's almost Shinji level pathetic. Maybe I hate him because he is too much like the part of myself I don't like

once you actually do get over it however you will feel like bit of a tit for getting so melodramatic over everything, so as a word of warning.. keep it quiet

 

The same thing happened to me last spring. I'm angry because I didn't tell her how I feel, but I can't do nothing 'bout it. Try to get along with it.

If you dwell in past too much you're going to miss the future.

 

Yeah, I know what ya' mean, I'm sorta in the same boat right now. As I told a friend of mine, we got good times and bad times in our lives and, the way I see it, the bad times are the only thing that can get us from one good time to the next. S'the way of life, man. S'like a really long, boring road trip with a bathroom break every once in a while, but once you take that opportunity you feel damned good, don't ya'? S'hard but try not to let it get to you too much, because life goes on and that next stop can't be too far behind. As I always say, there's always room for change, just gotta work to make sure it's good change.

That really sucks,man.I would be lying if I said that hadn't happened to me a few times before.Don't let it get you down too much.There's some one out there for everyone.I guess she wasn't "it".Cheer up.

 

There are plenty of fish in the sea. It might be destiny that you will see her again. Try and look on the bright side.

 

I really hope you get better. Prehasp this is a sign that the one for you is still out there waiting. You will find her. Life has its bad moments but we gotta try and deal with them. That is what makes us a stronger person inside. If your looking for a friend to talk to you can always PM me. Just relax and think about the good things in life.

 

Life has these ways of kicking you in the ***. Then in the gut. Then it works the face a while. Sometimes it goes for the groin too. It really really sucks, but try to learn from any mistakes you made, and get on with it. Try to be happy for the girl if she found happiness. Well, you're probably due some good karma now anyway.

On topic tho, life is a **** bag when it comes to this kinda thing, as its been said, the dramatic thing you really will regret in about 2 weeks. Other then that i have no adivce, other then move to alaska or go get some hostages and demand she move back or you'll kill them all, the second one i recomend, thats how i got my last wife.

 

regarding drama: delete option is fun. Or just edit ehehe. Still, it's how I felt. Why should I hide stuff all the time? Some occasional honesty is fun. Ask me if it was fun in two weeks though

regarding blonde: It's not that I prefer blonde; she just was, like me.

regarding dwelling in the past: It wasn't quite the past when I wrote it. Getting there fast though.

regarding there will be another: That's what they said last time It was quite a while ago though.

Anyway, situation's the same, but I'm feeling a lot better about it. I still put off checking this thread though. And I did think about her while driving through the mountains today, except when I was looking at buffalo

 

So I overreacted. Not just the melodrama of the post, but I may have been just wrong about stuff.

She IMed me today and we chatted for a while. That's not much, but at least she wanted to talk to me. We'll see what happens at Christmas, and until then I guess I'll leave my insecurities off of the misc board.

She is special to me (or should I say preciouss? heh) and it seems I may have a second chance. This time I won't let go so easily (assuming I can get a grip )
