Anime An old anime...

I was thinking and recalling about some very old anime I used to watch here in México around the 70's, where there was this group of special unit of deputies who fought crime and some kind of evil mob organization, but I can't remember the details, all I remember is that the gus used to dress in white with some black jackets, and one of them used poker cards to shoot them and hurt the bad guys, very much like Gambit from the X-men, heck I am even sure that Jim Lee got his inspiration for Gambit in that old character, but the problem is that I can't even recall the name or more details about it. But maybe of of the older members in this forum can remember and give me some info about this old anime, thanks!
