    This time we've got a pair of fan favorites folks. So let's not waste any time and bring them on out!

    In this corner...

    Is it woman, is it man, or is it both? Martial arts is this character's one focus and boy is s/he good at it. A little rough around the edges, and the object of many others' affections be they male or female, from Ranma 1/2, the title character...

    Ranma Saotome!


    And his/her challenger...

    Branded as one of the last hopes for mankind, this teenage girl is as fiery as they come. Stuck-up, egotistical, but as emotionally turbulant as any given teenager, this German is lethal on the battlefield as a pilot. Hot off the trails of Neon Genesis Evangelion...

    Again we have quite a turnup. Two skilled characters who have a truckload of pride and red hair (well, when they're both girls :p). Every vote counts from here on in, as we continue towards the end of the roadmap detailing M2A's top anime/manga character of 2004!

    Asuka she is great I love this one it was so easy to chose. I love Eva it is one of the greatest shows ever so go eva

    Ranma, natch. I mean, c'mon. He's beaten things that by all rights should have fried, shiskebabed, or eaten (see, Orochi). He just wins when it counts the most.

    Plus he gets the girls.

    Asuka? Well, she gets the guys. I've no interest in the guys. o_O

    I chose Asuka, not based on looks, but because I think I could get along well with her. Also Evangelion is a GREAT anime. It is probably my favorite show. Asuka also had many complications in her llife and she turned out good in the end. Ranma is ok, but she/he can get annyoing.

    Asuka all the way. She is just so cool and confident that her simply being in the area intimidates anybody. Besides her beauty where she is breathtaking she is an incredible pilot and is just so powerful and strong even with her tortured past.
    Also if Ranma even tried to pick up Asuka he would probably find himself less one testicle. Nobody can get near her. :anger2:

    And my vote goes to Miss Langely. The young girl has it all. Though arrogant, she is determined to beat anyone, and with her skills she has her rash personality to match.

    WooHoo! Go Ranma! He's got it all. Cute, somewhat caring, funny, and he could beat the crap out of anything as far as I'm concerned. :sweat2:

    Tough choice, but it's Ranma for me. Reason? He's über when it comes to martial arts..and Asuka..well, she's just cute and angry.

    Ranma is just too cool, Asuka is cute, yeah, but annoying as hell :anger2:

    Plus, RAnma 1/2 is way better than Evangelion :anime:

    Curses. Why didn't anyone tell me about these polls? I would have given Ranma the nod and produced a tie at least. Of all the characters I like, he is probably the most likely to win this thing, but somehow got paired right off the bat with another popular redhead :D

    Next year vengeance will be ours.
