*Best Debuted Anime Dubbed. Dubbed is the process of recording or replacing voices for the Anime that originated in Japan. Here we will vote for those that are both new in Japan and dubbed. They all must have debuted in the past year.

*Best DUB is short for dubbed.

*Best Fansubbers is for the Group who translated the Anime. Due to BJP zero tolerance on licensed material the voting will be for the Groups work in the certain Anime. Thus "I vote for Group Blah for their work in the Anime Blah."

I changed 'Best Fanservice' that was for some reason meant for the best 'translation' that dubbed the Anime, to 'Company of the Year', which is preety much who does all of it.

Also, I kept the award for 'Best Fanservice' and added a little example of what true fanservice.

Best DUB IY. This is the only I truly liked besides YGO.
Best Fansubbers Shinsen-Subs for there work in Detective Academy Q. They are still subbing considering others have dropped it.

Best Debuted Anime Dubbed: I gues...FMA again >> It WAS debuted this year in Canada so xD
Best Soundtrack: Nadia; teh secret fo blue water (Fushigi no Umi no Nadia)
Best DUB: fullmetal Alchemist (I cave, i cave...)
