Anime [Anime Blog Muyo!] Mahou Sensei Negima OAV

For those of you interested in all things Ken Akamatsu, it appears that they are going to be making an anime OAV on his latest manga, Mahou Sensei Negima and, based on the success of that (which is basically assured - popular as tha manga is), a TV series could be in the works after that.

The first OAV is scheduled to be released in April 2004. A cast has already been announced (for the drama CDs), but I can't find any info on it yet.

In other Mahou Sensei Negima news, the manga will be released in English from Del Ray starting in May 2004 as Negima. You can see the first volume's cover art at Del Ray's new manga site.
