Anime League Regulations

1. You are allowed more than two characters in this RPG. But if you abuse that privilege, you will be removed from the RPG. Example of abuse: If you only have your two characters interacting with just eachother and nobody else.

2. If only three characters make a soap opera including eachother, DeathSociety will gracefully press the Mass Delete button. A soap opera is basically your own little plotline. [See Rule 4] Which is drama and leaves out the other characters. What's the main point of this rule however is for three characters not to have their own little plotline between just them. Sorry that's not acceptable.

3. Do not complain about the amount of characters you can have. Before creating two or more characters PM either me or Basher. We will know wether you can handle more than two. Complaining will get you nowhere, except on my hate list.

4. If you take the plot in your own hands you will suffer. If you think you have an awesome plotline for this RPG, send it to me or DS and we shall discuss it.

5. No speeding up time. Plain and simple.

6. You will NOT control characters that aren't yours. If I see you doing that, count yourself gone.

7. I am taking advantage of the SubForums. There will be many threads going on at once. If you feel like you can't keep up, feel free to PM me.

8. Topics that don't have anyhing to do with the RPG but aren't stickied, will be labeled [OOC] (insert title) Less confusion this way.

9. In addition to rule 8, threads for the RPG will be labeled [RPG].

10. Pay attention to anything Basher or I say! We are in full control of this RPG, so if you want to stay in it, pay attention and follow the rules. If you don't follow the rules, I will edit your post and make you die of a heart attack.

Suggetions or arguing are welcome. However, be warned. Arguing will be replied to. You've been warned.

11. Leaving is allowed, temporarily or not. You must PM the person, either DS or myself, to take over your character(s) while you are gone. No one else is allowed to take over your character(s). You need to have the name of your character and how long you will be gone for. We don't care why you left. Please PM us again once you return.

12. Read before you post in a thread or else it will be edited by DS to match what the first person says. This is better than it being deleted. For example, I do not want to see anyone staring at Inuyasha's ears while they are covered with a hat. I will tell you this right now that I can be way pickier than DS when it comes to posting and I will have DS change it so it matches.

Follow all of the rules and you will be fine.

 

13. There is no posting allowed in the RPG threads if the poster does not have any Anime League Profiles. All members please disregard these posts. Once noted these nuisance posts will be deleted.

 

14. Changes to the RPG threads done in different parts is what this rule is all about. It deals with putting all thoughts, [OOC], and etc in the same way.

Part A is The [RPG] Anime League thread must be done this way with a scene and a mission done before each of your characters different scenes. The scene and mission must be in bold and be on Size 1. This is what it looks like Scene: Where at Mission: Plan of Action. The commands are this [.size=1][./size] and [.b][./b] but there are no periods needed. You must put the scene and mission information between each bracket. Note that this is only for the [RPG] Anime League thread. [RPG] The Wicked Plot and [RPG] The Round Table threads do not need this because they are only at one location.

Part B is There has also been a change to the RPG threads. Because of so much activity the threads will now go by missions. When DS or I feel it is time to start a new mission we will close the old threads and start a new one. It can only be done after both the missions are over with. They will look like this [RPG] Anime League [Mission 1], [RPG] Anime League [Mission 2], and etc.

Part C is That in all the RPG threads must have all thoughts with an apostrophy at the beginning and the end of each thought. It must look like this 'Thought Here ' Having stated that this is a thought is still allowed but it must have the apostrophies. According to good grammar a comma depending on when stated as a character thought the comma goes.

Unless your character can read minds no one can post anything referring to what any of the charatcers thought. The only thoughts are able to be read are when they are kind of given by body action, tools used, and etc. DS or I will edit posts that do not match this. We oblige this simply because it would be easier to understand the posts, and because it follows common sense. There will be no exceptions.

Part D is That in all the RPG threads must have all speaking out parts with quoation marks. No matter how much is being said. It must look like this "Words Spoken Here. " You must say who says what like in character name said, he said, she said, or it said. Using any form of said is allowed, example is yelled. According to good grammar a comma will be needed here also. It would all depend on where the said part is. Comma is after said when the quotation mark is after and the comma is in the quotation when said is after the quotation. This is what they look like She said, " My name is Sarah." or "My name is Sarah," she said.

Any coping of what a different RPG character said must be done exactly and accurately. The only change allowed is instead of he, she or it must have a name. DS or I will change this if it is not done right.

Part E is That in all the RPG threads all [OOC] post must be in size 1. [OOC] stands for Out Of Character which means that [BIC] stands for Back In Character. [OOC] and [BIC] are the only tags members are allowed to use in RPG threads. How to make size one is listed in Question 14 Part A. We will change it if it is not done right.

Part F is Dealing with DS and me. Any needed information or warnings will be in Size 1 and bold plus have either DS or B19 depending on who noticed it. The information could be anything like telling a member to go to a different thread, postions needed, or etc. All warnings will be put in with your post unless it is a warning for all members. Do not ignore any of these warnings. If we see you do ignore our warnings it will be goodbye and your characters will leave the RPG.

Part 6 is Dealing with the mission information. It will be in the sticky thread Important: Mission Updates. Some missions will have second parts so check there frequently. A new mission will start a new post in this thread. We will keep it updated and use M2A time for when it was last updated.

Follow all of these rules so everyone know what is being said with the post. Most have already been done. They are finally added as a rule. DS and I will give out warnings if we see that posts are not done this way.

15. The two leagues will have battles and all battles must be done by these guildlines.
A. No killing off other Role Players's characters. Killing allowed sure as long it is not a Role Player's character.
B. No swearing. There are other ways to say something without swearing.
C. No graffic detail. Let's keep it all PG. Blood is allowed but no showing off or describing the insides of a person.
D. Hot roding is allowed. Hot roding is when a person talks alot, is cocky. This is out of character for some but allowed during the heat of battle.
E. If someone stops the fight, let it stop. Do not try and start it up again. Warnings then Bannings will be given if it proceeds.
F. The Leagues do not go up against each other then that League will win. Have fun till either DS or I end it.
G. Any fighting between the Leagues the victor will be decided by DS and I. Once a fight is noticed we will PM the one we think should win. Do not win unless you received a PM.
H. A duel between the Leagues means the Kakumei League will win. Good guys always win in the end it is as simple as that. Any other duels between one or more members will have to follow rule 15 G.

It may seem like a lot of rules but it is not.
Read and apply. It is that simple.
