Sailor Moon Anime Usagi

    Does the anime Usagi ever get on your nerves? I feel like I'm the only person who gets annoyed by her jealousy, childishness, and sometimes arrogant attitude. Everyone always overlooks her flaws yet condemns all the other characters for their flaws.

    I never liked Usagi much either, mostly because everything was her her her, and how, of COURSE, SHE was the one who saved the day and all, but... Well, the series is called Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon, so maybe we're supposed to overlook her flaws. *shrug* I, for one, find her unimpressive as a character. But then, I haven't see the series in ages, and I haven't seen more than two episodes in a row, so that might change a bit if ever I do watch a lot of episodes in one go. ^^;

    You should see the Sailormoon Live. Usagi and all the Sailor scouts are portrayed so much better, there is better character development and for the first 20 episodes its all really about another sailor scout. Even when we find out Sailirmoon is the princess, it's still not all about her, but about everyone as a whole now. I never really cared for the annoyingness of Serena and Usagi in the dub and the sub.

    I find the anime Usagi to be a comic relief. The daily-monster episodes are usually entertaining to watch because of her. I do find Usagi to be annoying at times, but in the end all you can do is laugh.

    When I first saw the anime I liked Usagi but then again I was like 7 or 8. Manga Usagi is much more mature...

    I looked into Sailor Moon Live and I thought she was alright there.
