Well. This is my first "scanned in picture and then colored"

It's colored.

I HATE COLORING. Whoever made crayons should go try coloring in the lines all the time!! It's frigging annoying. Why can't we just color outSIDE the lines??! LIKE I DON'T GET IT EH!??!

I'll be honest, I've never seen this character before. Is it someone you made up? Either way, I like the simplistic shadings you gave it with the colors. Nothing has to be weighed down with intricate details to look good. Nice work !

 

Wow, I really like the person's eyes. Ditto I can't color very well. It's expecaily hard for me to pick colors out since there are so many beautiful ones!

 

May I ask a simple genaric question?

Why does everyone ATTACH images, and not directly link them?

As for the image, it is good, and it's nice to see a profile, not to many of those. I'm probably wrong, but isn't that dude suppose to be a bit more black?

 

I really like it.To tell you the truth,it looks like Spike Spiegel with yellow hair and a maroon suit.That's a good thing,though.Especially since I'm a HUGE Cowboy Bebop fan.I think you did great coloring.I do terrible.

 

Some people don't know precisely how to do it, or know the geocities .txt loophole.

And, k0ge, hell of a lot better than I can do! (an example of my 'work' is in the War of a Thousand Stars thread in Fiction).

Its got great shading.

 

Now that's pretty good K0ge...for your first time that is ....and i totally agree with you..I hate colouring too :anger:

Naw, but thats pretty good! I like the eye...its got flare. FL4R3 T0 T3H 3XTR3M3!!!!111!!! -ahem- sorry. Its really well done, the shading is nicely accomplished, and its a masterpeice Im gonna hang it on me "Otaku Wall" ^_^=

 

Actually, to the Cowboy bebop references: I had originally started the drawing out as going for Spike, but I ended up thinking it looked hardly anything like him but for the hair. And I was not pleased with the eye. So, I just slapped a new name on him. So, it wasn't copying and changing the name, just my lack of confidence in my work.

errrr, Holly Dear, sorry bout that. heh. Neph_X told me how, but I just didn't take the time to try. I could fix it. But now I don't remember. C.R.A.F.T disease, you RUIN MY LIFE!

Yep, I like his hair. The hair was fun. Thanks guys. Maybe the coloring will improve with time and patience. or something. If I develop any in the near future.

Put the file onto some webspace you have. If its geocities, then change the file extension from .jpg (or .gif, or .bmp, or whatever) to a .txt to get around their policy.

Then, click IMG in the VB Code toolbar.

Put in the link for the picture.

Click OK.

Done.
