Cowboy Bebop Another Outlaw !

    Do any of you know about that dumb ( well dumb to me) anime called outlaw star ? it sucked , and that made me feel like it wasa cheap kiddy cartoon version of the bebop. do any of you feel that vibe ? well i dunno lots of animes plots sound the same, but this one feels to close, so i hold my ground.

    Well... i never bothered to watch it. I just stuck to my bebop.

    I thought it was sort of good.Both CB and OS came out the same year,so it's not like they copied them on purpose.Oh well.:)

    I only saw like 6 episodes it was pretty weak.I wished spike cacthed those damn outlaws

    Its interesting you should say that...Outlaw Star was actually created in 1999 which was a full year ahead of Bebop...and the idea came from the genius behind most major anime Yadate Hajime...

    I don't get it. The only relation that OS has to CB is that they are both in the future, have ships, are in space, Gene is an outlaw, and Spike is a bounty hunter. How are they so alike?In my point of view, they aren't very much alike, but my friend says they are. I think I missed something...

    No,it was 1998.There was a triangle of gunslinging anime that came out in 1998.Cowboy Bebop,Trigun,and Outlaw Star.

    I liked outlaw Star. It still remains one of my favorites. Aisha was cool. Gene was ok.

    if i remember correctly Bebop was a ful year behind Outlaw star...

    I like them both....But I would have to say that Outlaw Star still...in my book.....raines over Bebop.....but what ever I still think that they are both really cool...conserning which came out first...who cares they are both cool and they have the same consepts....

    i have seen most of the eps. of Outlaw Star its ok i like Cowboy Bebop way better but Outlaw Star is ok some parts are a little weak though, but not so weak that you shouldn't watch it

    It was just another Space anime. Not the best but somewhat interesting. and yes they Did rip bebop off a Few times.. There is an Ep with a cactus and Buddy goes on a date dressed up like Spike.

    But its not to bad to watch.
