Saber Marionette Another Question to Kickstart this forum

    Sooooooo, which do ya'll prefer? Saber J or Saber R? And why?

    I'm going to agree with you on that. It just can't be as good sans Hanagata. Of course, I haven't actually seen R, per say, but I just can't imagine it with him.

    I prefer SMJ and the rest of the series, however I will admit that I have not seen SMR, but from what I have read, SMR is rather Dark and twisted.

    J all the way... and that's merely a personal preference...

    Like I've said numerous times before, I probably wouldn't have even watched R without seeing J first... it was dark, creepy, way more serious, and different in almost every way...

    BakaMattSu, when watching was "Did I get the right show? This is saber marionette?! Oh yeeeahhh, it is..."

    Tough call.

    I've seen the entire J series about 9-10 times,J Again about 6-8 times,and up to ep.12 of J to X,but I've only seen R once.

    Here's how I rank the series by category.

    Character Design:
    1)SMJ Again
    2)SMJ
    3)SMJ to X
    4)SMR

    Plot:
    1)SMJ to X (of what I've seen so far,and what I've read of the rest of the series)
    2)SMJ
    3)SMR
    4)SMJ Again (though I thought that ep 3 was hilarious in a stupid sorta way...)

    Character Development:
    1)SMJ
    2)SMR
    3)SMJ to X
    4)SMJ Again (okay,hands up-who thought that Marine succumbed to Mary Sue-ism?)
