Anime Any good action animes ?

    Im looking for some ggood action animes, like trigun, cowboy bebop, outlaw star. just so you dont name ones ive seen i will list what animes ive seen.

    ghost in the shell ( tv and movie)

    ranma
    naruto
    kenshin
    inuyasha
    eva

    ive seen alot more anime then that, im just sick of all the funny comedys and stuff like love hina. i need some action. ( hopefully with a cool story to)

    Jin Roh (has some action parts that kick!)

    RahXeph0n: God damn this anime is so ****ing **** good! It's like Evangelion, in other words, about life and existence. You should REALLY check it out.

    Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (Movie). Staying with the "hellsing-vampire" genre, this one is also good. It's about a damphir named D.

    Also Check: BubbleGum Crisis (Orignal and Tokyo 2040). Really nice action, cyberpunk story :)

    Try out:

    RahXephon
    Noir
    Angelic Layer (it may be a shojo, but it's got some of the most detailed action sequences I've seen...)
    BurnUp W and BurnUp eXcess
    GetBackers
    Ikkitousen (for you hentai-ish *&* action tastes!)
    Rurouni Kenshin (the OVAs in particular are very graphic)

    All those are good. Well, maybe with the exception of Ikkitousen as there's only one episode released as this message has been typed. ^_^

    I know you asked for nothing comedy/romantic...but seriously Angelic Layer will throw you for a whirl. The action is amazing, especially for something geared towards the Sailor Moon audience. The action scenes rival that of something like in Spike's martial arts sequences in Bebop. Good action. GOOD action. ^_^




    EDIT: Teddz, dammit, you stole my RahXephon!! I said it first!!! >=[ <3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3

    Anyway, believe Teddz and I. If you enjoyed Evangelion, you'll probably really like RahXephon. It's a mix of everything, like Eva...from Shojo to Romantic Comedy to a tiny bits of Shounen-ai. LOL. Good music too.

    Yu Yu Hakusho. Not the crappy edited version on Cartoon Network, mind you, but the uncut version. TONS of action sequences, and some of the fights are VERY graphic. Plus, a great story. :)
