    Nope, I was there a few years ago for a two week visit though :) Was in Fukuoka, Kyoto and Nagasaki.

    Though I have friends who live there, I do not... I want to go there! I just can't afford a trip, sometimes being poor is stupid.
    Let's see... Hokkaido, Osaka, Kyoto, Kagoshima, Sendai... I think that covers the places I know people in... sometimes I wonder how that happened, then I remember, pen pals, IRC... all kinds of reasons

    Heh,I sometimes wish I did. Actually,I was there this last summer. I wish I had actually tried to enjoy my time there rather than be obsessed with my vain search for the Saber Marionette J PlayStation game... :eek: :(

    I really wanna go there! Probably if I lived there, I would know about and be able to see a WHOLE lot more kool animes. I also like Japanese, but I can never have the patience and time to learn it. I know a couple phrases, but definitely not enough to get me by in Japan...*sigh*...

    I've seriously been considering getting a job teaching English there. Would love to live in another country for a year or so. Not much tying my down in the US anyways. Of course, I don't speak any Japanese. But I can learn.

    I want to go soooooooo bad..But I always have friends that live there :D So lucky.........;.; Of course, they probably think were lucky to live here o.o

    I don't...but I would love to, at least for a little while. They have great cars (Evo VII's are *said* to have like...270 hp, but it really has something up to 300!!! :dizzy2: ), great things to see, and *anime*.

    Well, not just that...I'd probably want to visit every shrine and historical monument there...just to take it all in.

    I'd love to go there to study the language and maybe the culture. It'd be so wonderful!! ^^ First semester exchange student. (Second semester's not good...typhoons *shudders* It's bad enough with hurricanes down here *shudders again*)

    ive been to Japan once.. and was there for only three days... was only in Tokyo.. but i'm planning to go this year or next...
    i have a couple of friends who live there.. i wish i could just go and live with them.... :sad:

    at least i got to see tokyo :D

    Going to Japan would be the fliest thing ever! I would soooo love to live there for a bit!
    I don't think (atleast right now) I would want to live there perminintly, but I would love to go on vacation there.
    If I could I would go there every year for the anime and the culture!

    I went there for 3 weeks in February. Samui ya! Went to Sapporo for the snow festival and then spent the rest of the time in Honshu, mainly using Kyoto as a hub. The Japan Rail Pass rules!
    I plan on going there to live and teach English for a while, probably in 2006. I really loved it over there, especially in the smaller moutain towns. My favourite place was a mountain town called Oe which is at the arse end of nowhere (for Japan, anyway) but has a cool museum devoted to Oni. I was the only person to write in English in their guest book!
