    Hello everybody,
I've just started to use flash to try to boost project blowfish's media capability (damn that sounded good)
Anyway i'd like to know if any of you fine people work in flash and can help me or direct me to tutorials and stuff.

Also do any of you have the answer to the following (i'm not stupid just lazy)

How do i add sound to my movies
How do i stop my movies from obliterating hard drive space
How do i create a loading screen/loader
    General hints :shy3:

Also i'm looking for software cracks but all the sites i try are buggy or full of viruses :anger2:

Again there is one other thing i'm looking for: a program to control and alter sound files :glazed:

Well, that's one point you will not get an answer to on these boards. It's illegal activity.

As for your flash needs, there's a very large community with huge boards and a ton of tutorials over at www.flashkit.com When I get stumped with some Flash development, I usually get some good correspondance there.

Actually, even before that, just fire up Flash, and click that "Help" menu item - you know, the one intended to help users? ^^

There are a few tutorials you can walk through there to get going with the program, and the indispensible Actionscript Dictionary for when the programming bug bites you.

To put sound in, just import a sound file and put it in its own layer in the timeline. You can play multiple streams of sound at once by using indivdual layers for them.
Newgrounds.com is a site where flash movies are published. It also is a portal to other flash sites. You may want one of the other sites because newgrounds is very big.
To stop your movies from obliterating hard drive space (and taking years to load online) keep them optimised. Use vector graphics not imported raster images. Use the "optimise" menu option. Use as few curves as possible. Using the line and circle tools in conjunction with the arrow tool is an extremely effective technique for creating very neat, optimised images.
Computer Arts magazine has very useful tutorials in it. Learn how to trace sketched pictures by using layers and the technique described in the previous paragraph.
    Hope that's of some use.
