Ranma 1/2 Anybody actually *seen* the anime past season 5?

    Just a question, I'm wondering how much of what happens in the manga carries over, like ShiShi Hokhodan, Mouko Takabisha, Saffron, the wedding, the koi fishing rod incident... the list goes on, and it doesn't look like the 3 seasons I haven't seen will cover it.

    I was wondering the same darn thing. Just how closely does the anime follow the manga? Does it maybe break away on its own at some point?

    BakaMattSu, who wonders if Nodoka Saotome ever makes her appearance in the anime...

    Nodoka appears in OAV 3... I don't know about the series though. One thing I can say though... Sasuke is a purely anime character, he doesn't appear in the manga (like you didn't know that already...)

    I'm glad Sasuke was placed in the series. He is just so much fun to watch. And what would the Kuno estate be like without the goofy subservient ninja?

    I think Sasuke is cool. He gives Kodachi something to do at least *cough sheets* and I've finally seen some from season 6. Horrid quality subs though. I like subs, but not when the sound is like from a century old grammaphone. Only 2 eps, so I can't actually answer the original question

    Sasuke is that wild card thrown in to make your brain hurt. You say "yeah, i get all these characters as strange as they may be but, what about Sasuke...he just doesn't make sense...he is...wierd..." hehe :p

    Sasuke gave another new thing to those fans of the Manga who transferred over...After all, a new character really changes the way the story flows...
