Video Games Anyone here like the Lunar games?

Simple question, does anyone?

These were games that were created by a different company than Squaresoft I believed, there was a boy character, a girl character, and about 2 more girl characters and 2 more male charcters, all of which are in your party at the same time, (so that's six people on the battle field at one time) Oh and there's also a little baby flying wise talking dragon following you. Plus, all the movie scenes are anime style. There's only two games so far, but I assume they will be making two more, cause there are four different types of dragons, and the first one was white and the second one was red (black and blue left) so they will probably make two more games.

I've onyl played the second one, Lunar 2 and it worked much differently than the first from what I've heard, first of all, in the first you could control Luna, you can't control Lucia she's fully AI, (come on, they're obviously related, look at the hair, the eyes!!!!!!)

JEAN IS THE BEST CHARACTER IN THE WHOLE GAME!

 

yeah i've played it. i think it was something "blue". the special edition game or something. i didn't play it long but i thought the little flying kitty was cute. i didn't get far because i fell asleep and didn't feel like playing it any longer. plus the old man in the beginning talks too much.

I had to get my brother to beat the first boss in Lunar 2 for me cause I couldn't do it. ^^; we took turns, I woudl get him through all the lands and stuff and he would fight the main bosses. Unfortunately for us, the last time we palyed it, we got stumped at that robot boss (we KNOW it's Lemina's that B****!) so we haven't rented it out since (taht was the only way to play it, we had to rent it. T_T)
Though, it was nice to see Nall human in the second one. Sure I didn't get that far, but I made the connection after reading abotu Luanr 1 and I was like hey that drgaon looks liek that nameless guy in the manual, and then another site clarified it for me.

Jessica looks like an awesome character, wish I could've gotten the first one so I could've met her, and Lemia, so I heard is a B**** too, cause Lemina is her duaghter. I want to see Mia too, so I cna see the differences between her Lemina.

 

i love LUNAR LEGEND it was really fun and its really great, well over all it was fun but it was really easy, i beat it in 15 hours, but other then that i loved it. Jess is the best character she kicked a$$

 

Isn't there another Lunar Game? Magic School or Walking School? It's like a small side story? I saw like a couple characters of it and they're all like kids. I believe it's Japanese only.

I really like the Lunar Series. Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete for the PSX was the first game I owned by Working Designs, a company I've really come to respect and love over the years. My brother and I bought Lunar 2: Eternal Blue as soon as it came out, and I milked it for all that it was worth.

Sometimes old-school is good.

At the last anime convention I was at, I karaoked to the opening song of Lunar: SSSC. Quite fun. Now I need to sing the Boat Song (aka Wind's Nocturne) . . .

The manual I had for Eternal Blue (whoa.... big manual.... ) had interviwes form the creators of the game and they said Lemina is supposed to be like a offspring of Lemia, which ste me off course, I thought she was Mia's offspring and i got so confused...... :dizzy2: But thanks for straightenig that out for me! Arigatou!

Haha, I like Ronfar, he was funny, but old. oh god and I just forgot the name of the guy with the horn! DAMN!!!!!!! Mauri's brother, oh god, what's his name!!!!!????? UGH!!!!!!
But I liked him. I liked his english voice.

I saw pictures of Ruby in her human form, she looks real cool.
