Anime Anyone know of "Taro The Dragon Boy"

I was digging through some old boxes i had laying around the house... and to my surprize, i came across a VHS collection of cartoons i used to watch as a kid... "Taro, The Dragon Boy" was in there. This has to be the first anime i've ever watched in my life (sometime around 1984) I was about 4-5 years old.

Anyway, today Ive converted it over from VHS to VCD to help keep this precious memory. I was going to pass it to DVD but the quality of the VHS tape was not all that meaningful. It was developing mold.
So yea... its safe now.

Im now digging through more boxes of videos trying to find that one anime i dont know the name of... I only remember the line of a young girl that screamed "come back here ratty-rat-rat!" ... I think it was from something called:
"__(blank)___Gemini___(blank)_____"
gem-gem-gemini or something like that...

It was a mixture of cartoon and figures similar to toys in Thunderbirds on tech tv... difficult to explain with such shallow memory.
Anyone know the possible title? Most likely it was an episode of a series.

My mother had the habit pre-progaming the video to record shows she knew i liked.
