Art Art Program

Okay,i was wondering if anybody knew of a good free art program i could download to resize pictures. I have Pixia but it doesnt resize well.

i've heard theres a program called open canvas out there for free download. i wouldn't mind knowing where to get it either..

 

i used to have open canvas! it was perfect...too bad its not free anymore

Its a trial version of course, but better than nothing right?
One thing started bugging me when i went to that page..there was only manga drawings on the pics section that showed ppls works with openCanvas. So is openCanvas somehow designed t o suit manga CGing better than else or whats the catch? The program itself seems a bit plain, maybe i just don't know how to use it.

 

Thanks! But i got it from a friend for free so no trials for me! About the manga thing. I dunno, It has that water color effect like you see on alot of manga covers but thats about it. I mean the program IS a bit plain,But to me,Its good for CGing anything. Once you get the hang of it.

Theres also a program called Pixia, Thats good for CGing. Its not as 'smooth' as openCanvas but its pretty good,and its Free!

 

GIMP is nearly an open source Photoshop.
