as battle of the planets been digitally restored by rhino mollin video?

hello, my name is phil and i am a huge fan of battle of the planets, and
plus i have it on home video. i have a couple of questions, the first
question that i would like to no since battle of the planets will be
released on dvd by rhino mollin video, will the epsideos be digitally
restored, and looking much better and with quality color. my second
question which i am so afraid asking, in the separate complex building of
center neptune can someone please tell me where is zarks nerve center
located at inside the complex inside of center neptune, i am so sorry for
asking that question, i am just curios because when i used to watch the
series, they would show zark traveling up and down in his jetson like suck
tube, i could be wrong but i thought that his command center would be
located where the phoenix is, thank you phil out.

is a huge complex building, but does anybody have a clue of where is zarks
command center posted, could it be in the separate complex building of where
