    anyone else out there obcessed with this red haired EVA pilot? i am totally obcessed as my friend put it *FANBOY!!!!!* ^^;;; anyway speak up Asuka fans!

    Well... I hated her at first--she's just so mean, especially to my beloved Shinji kun... But by the end I started to like her. I started to realize she's just as messed up as any other character in this series... I also seem to get along really well with people like her... as long as they arent too argumenative...

    Yeah Asuka's awesome! Bit screwed up though....and her "WHAAAAT???" and "Mein GOTT!" screeches can get on my nerves (in the dub). But she's a really strong character who's not perfect and that's why I like her. Even though she's really mean to Shinji :(

    Asuka is funny! I think it's cool that she's german and 1/4 Japanese. I love her peronality, but she can be sometimes so full of herself. I should say vain, but that's Asuka :)

    She was a cool character, annoying, yes, but that's what she was meant to be like.. a child(read: jailbait) trying to act all grown up... and that's annoying.

    Misato was way cooler. Young adult, calm and collected when it came to her job, fun loving and irresponsible when it came to her home life. What a woman, lol!

    her being mean to shinji is fine, he's a whiny (spelling?) kid that wants everything his own way.

    anyway, she's one of the characters that makes the story
