Anime BanDai

I was just wondering what everyone else thinks about BanDai's subs/dubs.

I really do like their work, but I dunno what happened when they came to Megami Kouhosei... I mean... in every other anime they've subbed, the dub script is not what's used as the subtitles. However, this is what they did with MK. And, on top of that, the end theme wasn't translated, and neither was Kagayaki. >.>;;;;;

 

Well, their SMJ dub sucks ***. Horribly. But it's the only one I've seen. The subs are okay though, they're not based on the dubs, luckily.

 

Yeah. Actually, the SMJ dub wasn't all that bad~

All things aside (well, MK-wise, anyway), I like Bandai's work. They do well, and they've brought lots of series --old and new-- to the States. (And, consequently, the territories! ^^)

 

I do agree, SMJ dubs wern't too bad, frankly I thought Baiko sounded better in english then in Japanese.
Of course SMJ again and SMJtoX dubs suck ***.

The Spanish dubs aren't too bad either.

Cowboy Bebop dubs are pretty good.

 

Samurai X dubbed sucks more than SMJ
