    Well it's more like Bonsai!...

    But I have a Bonsai tree and it almost died, and it was a stick for a while... but I have brought it back to health, and it's like a huge beast of a bonsai now and it's healthier than before. Thanks to Seraphim especially for telling me that I have to water it every other day rather than just mist it >.<;;;;;

    But does anyone else here have a Bonsai, how do you take care of it? Are there any special techniques that I should know about, etc. etc...

    And I'm sorry if this is considered a useless post, but I'm just happy that it came back to life because it was a gift from Chibi Meg too ;) (and yeah I feel horrible because I had no clue how to raise it before and it almost died :( but it came back so it's a good omen) But Megz and I sort of think that it's a sign to say that no matter what happens between us we will only become stronger than before.... huzzaaa \^.^/

    Here's a picture of the type of bonsai that it is :) (Fig)

    That's cool :) I hope that your bonsai does well though BB, and remember Mr. Miagi says, "You must give your bonsai more love than your mother!" Anyways... they are really hard to take care of :( Just a few days ago my mom took it out of the soil for a few minutes and there were little bugs all over the bottom of it *angered!*. So I had to re-soil it and give it some pesticide... I really hope that it doesn't go into shock >< But I need to clip off some branches soon too because it's growing beastly now ;)

    It would be awesome if Chibi Tree lived to be thousands of years old though ^^v

    Banzai! Banzai! Banzai!

    Long life to the Bonsai tree.

    I've never tried raising Bonsai before. Right now my big project is trying to bring in a new lawn at my parents' new house. Seems like we have to keep it under water as much as possible. My dad can see the grass coming up now, but I still can't. Oh, well, guess I gotta have faith and keep on watering.

    Good luck with the lawn Yoko ;) Right now the Bonsai is a bit dirty, it has soil all over it, but I don't want to like snap it in half while cleaning it or anything... I'm so careful while taking care of it, maybe I'm giving it a bit too much lovin'

    We've actually had some rain the last couple days, and now even I can see the grass coming up all Across the plot. Looks like within a few weeks we'll know what spots got too washed out by the erosion, and we can fill in the holes. Then we'll expand out and plant the side plots. My dad hopes to have grass all the way round by sometime in the fall. Anyway, now I believe its going to happen (as long as we get rain once in a while).

    And yeah, be careful with the cleaning. Want it to look nice, but it can be overdone. Good to know you're gentle with it.
