hey i was just wondering if anyone likes to play this war game?this has to be the most awsome war game out there still and even better you can play muiltyplayer.that is my fav part aout the game.so i was wondering if anyone plays this alot i would wanna meet you up online in battlefield1942 one time..or more

but i can figure out how to kill the tank. my friend says u shoot it in the back, and it dies in one shot (with a rocket) but i tried it and it didnt work. ARRRR!!!!

I've got BF1942... I play it a lot, in fact almost every day. My favorite class is engineer.. they rule.. nice gun, mines, explosives to blow up tanks etc, a wrench, what more could you ask for? i would like to play with you some time... if you have aol instant messenger my name is eternal2ct if you want to play

BattleField 1942 is EXCELLENT!!

and i play bf1942 alittle but mainly i play counter-strike
but seriously, bf1942 is a totally awesome game to get ur hands on!!
the best part is... flying planes!!!
i can't fly planes properly and i always crash, it's funny as, lolz

well, after starcraft and SOF2, that is
I mostly play the Desert Combat mod, since I find it a lot more fun and fastpaced than the original.

 

I play that game almost the whole time at e2 with Spike...its incredible when theres a game of about 40 people with 20 on each side on a verticle map...the action is great...

Its all about the sniping...

 

I am great at flying planes too bad all the newbs are always stealing them just for a transport to parachute onto the enemy base, or they end up crashing into a tree or even the ocean when flying too low.

On another note, for some reason nobody seems to like using the submarines, I find it entertaining because most destroyers don't know how to use depth charges

Erg and that new expansion coming out looks rediculous.

 

The expansion with the secret weapons of WW2...that exp. looks great...I remember i read a book about those conspiracies...

or are you talking about about that space futuristic mod? If so; yea, that does look gay...

 

no im talking about the secret weapons official expansion pack. It looks rediculous. I want realistic battles, not hypothetical battles with prototypes not even used in the war. It will ruin the ambience of the game, and the WWII feel to it. Jetpacks and remotecontrolled missiles might be fun, but not in WWII. This is battlefield 1942, not battlefield 1990

 

screw it they're just mods, you can avoid them by choosing an original mod when playing online...

 

well i think it is awsome they come out with real war mods or just crazy mods.i will always try them out but i think its cool cause you can never get bored and the game span will last long..

 

Battlefield 1942 is best game. I love it. I only played single player. It's kool kill Germany and Japan. My favorite is Dive Bomber. That Dive Bomber is good plane, i jump with parachute and drop bombs attack Germany/ Japan base. Oh, damn. My multplayer was not working. I only have 56k modem but i guess GameSpy must pay for multplayer. Well, I can't get money because i only 15 years old. So next year, i will 16 get a new job for more collect money.
