if you are talking CD and not vinyl....

It went out of print approximately 2 years ago. You can't order from
    Japan right now.

...Unless you find a place with copies actually in their shop.

    www.groove.nl
still has them I presume. Not cheap but they usually have the titles
they list in stock (a lot of the web places just post catalogs of what
    they think they can get)

Some based-American import distributer bought what seems like the last
of them from Japan and sell them to a lot of indie record shops for
their Psychadelic/Krautrock section. How I know this is that 2 NYC shops
have or had copies of just "Bermuda Triangle" no other Tomita albums
recently and they both filed it with Psychadelia and Krautrock, not with
electronica or classical like one would guess. It can't be a
coincidence. Its obvious some U.S. importer got some and listed it on
    their Psychadelic/Krautrock stock order sheet.

One of them, www.othermusic.com is online... but they don't know Isao
Tomita's work and I think someone already tried and failed. maybe if you
remind them it might be filed as a Psychadelic album might help. But I
have seen multiple copies there last year.

A friend in Japan might help if you are nice to them.

I saw copies in Ishimaru Denki (did I spell that right, anyway its the
Akihabara place reputed to have the largest CD stock) and I saw it at
Yamano in Ginza recently, where I tended to pick up my RCA/BMG Japanese
releases over the years (Grand Canyon Suite in 11/00, Dawn Chorus in
11/99, Bach Fanatsy in 10/96). They don't sell on the web AFAIK

I just ordered this a couple of months ago from www.gemm.com for
$30 plus shipping to the US. Mundo had several other Tomita CD's
available also. My CD's showed up in about two weeks.
