I'd have to go with the Air Movie soundtrack. With emotional, deep tracks like Tsubasa nin Densetsu, and Yukito no Theme, I'm moved by its beauty every time I listen to it.

And of course Tori no Uta is my favorite song, from the Air TV soundtrack.

Apart from that, I always loved the Saber Marionette J to X Vocal Collection. Lively Motion has always been such an awesome song, not to mention the other great songs on it.

...I s'pose this was expected of me, eh? :p

Best OST is either Cowboy Bebop's, Outlaw Star's or Evangelions.
The Best Composer is the guy who done Outlaw Star's music. (sorry dont know his name)

FullMetal Alchemist OST. From just instrumental songs like Bratja, to great intros and endings like "Ready Steady Go!" and "Undo", simply great!

Mine would be, in no particular order:

    - Cowboy Bebop
    - Rahxephon
    - Trinity Blood
    - Gundam Seed/ GS: Destiny
    - Last Exile

Yoko Kanno is one of the more brilliant producing artists out there, as far as OSTs go. Especially her work with Maaya Sakamoto in RahXephon, Escaflowne (Yakusoku wa Iranai), and *some* of Wolf's Rain (which happen to be the only good songs).

    Other than that,
    1. Cowboy Bebop
    2. RahXephon
    3. Beck - Keith
    4. Evangelion
    5. Noir (all three count as one album!)

    ...etc.
