CLAMP Works Best CLAMP Manga?

What do you guys think is the Best CLAMP Manga? Which would you suggest to read and which don't you suggest? I really don't have a favorite, but I really like Wish and all the ones that have to do with the CLAMP School. What do you guys think?

 

I dislike clamp. The style is too cute, and so are MOST of the mangas.

But if I had to suggest something, I'd suggest Angelic layer.

 

Generally, CLAMP blows like a north wind in the winter. Chobits is good, however.

My favorite CLAMP manga is Wish. It's so sweet. I still have to try out Angelic Layer.

That Tsubasa manga sounds really interesting. Is it out in English yet? Does anyone know when the seventh Chobits manga is coming out? I'm so happy that my thread has received so many posts! Thanx!

I personally love Magic Knight Rayearth. I love the manga style, character personalities/interection and it also has a certain "feel" to it. I'd recommend it, the box set of three is great and includes a special edition book that is beautifully colored up.

 

I read Card Captor Sakura: Master of the Clow and Magic Knight Rayearth. I scan through Wish and X/1999. Out of all those 4, I think Magic Knight Rayearth is cool, I gotta buy more CLAMP manga. Haven't read a CLAMP manga in a while.

 

X/1999 is the best CLAMP manga ever!!!! Sorata is sooo awsome in them!!! It was awsome in the second one where he fought Yuuto

 

I love Magic Knight Rayearth. It's really awesome. It's the only Clamp manga I've read. I want to read Cardcaptor Sakura sometime, too.

 

Tsubasa

I downloaded the seven chapters of Tsubasa, and it's really good. It has a completely different feel to it than their other mangas however. I guess cuz it's a manga focused mainly around male characters, and also that the main characters are in a different setting and are much older. It's still really good tho. I advise others to read it. Personally, I think Clamp's best work so far for Older Teens is Chobits and for All Ages, I think the best one is Card Captor Sakura both the new one and the old one. I think Chobbits and X 1999 are their best works. I love Chi so much, she is so cute.:blush: :catgirl:

 

Magic Knight Rayearth! I've been really interested in Chobits lately, at least it's longer than Magic Knight Rayearth. Magic Knight Rayearth and Chobits are very different though, Chobits is modern and the art is simple, Magic Knight Rayearth is that magical other-world story with really detailed art. Somehow, I like them both. I want to try out angelic layer, heard it is really good.

 

I personally perfer Chobits. The other ones are okay I guess. I haven't read all of them. Wish is really weird in a lot of ways.

 

Well, the first CLAMP manga/anime I encountered was Magic Knight Rayearth. It's so good that I got hooked on the works by CLAMP. However, I much prefer the MKR manga - the artwork and story are brilliant. There's a twist in the first series which I think is quite interesting and unexpected. Cardcaptor Sakura and Chobits are very good too - both the anime and manga versions! I recommend the X/1999 manga rather than the X movie (though the artwork and effects in this film are top-notch!). And if you end up liking Cardcaptor Sakura, then Tsubasa is definitely the next step! CLAMP rocks - they somehow manage to mix cuteness and darkness together in their works very well! Oh, Wish is another one of my favourites!

 

I recommend Magic Knight Rayearth and Clover. ^_^ I really want to get my hands on Wish and X/1999, of course! ^_^
