    There not all movies,some are series.


    My vote went for Mobile Suit Gundam,but Akira and Ghost in the Shell are good as well.

    Akira. It was the first ever subbed anime I saw.
    Transformers shouldn't really be there, it's been decided it's not really an anime.

    I voted for Lupin,too.And,yeah,I know,Transformers shouldn't be on there.I thought people would ***** if I left it off.

    I voted Lupin. Since my dad is somewhat found of it and I watched it with him, since I was I think 5.

    I'd have to say Akira. It's hard to compare that against Lupin though (another favorite), considering that has several series and numerous movies.

    From this list, I got to go with AKIRA. the worst is speed racer. .. . Never liked it !

    Ghost in the shell is a very good film, with a very deep message.
    I would add Heidi, also made by Miyasaki (as Lupin). It was the first anime I liked.

    Actually,Lupin was made by Monkey Punch(a manga-ka).Miyazaki
    directed the Lupin film, "Castle of Cagliostro".And I didn't put "Blood" because it hasn't really been out long enough to be considered a classic.It may be good(I actually thought it was lacking in some areas),but it has to stand the test of time before it can be a classic.If that weren't true,I'd have put Cowboy Bebop on there.

    Actually it was my first Anime Movie ever...so i really loved it :)

    I'd say from the choices, Ghost in the Shell. But I'm talking the manga here, the really freekin long, really freekin cool, really freekin dark manga.

    I loved it.

    It was one of the first "serious" anime/manga's I got into.

    I said Akira cus I think it is the first anime I saw. Remember back in the day when the Sci Fi channle had anime movies at midnight, yea that is where I first watched it. That was what got me into anime was that channle. Too bad they do not show anime movies anymore.

    I voted Dragon Ball.. After Frieza in DragonBallZ it's just some non stop deja vu.. Super Saiyan 1.. 2.. 3.. Then little by little the other characters start to become more useless.. less powerful.. less important... DB is way better then DBZ tbh..
