Music Best Outbreak bands of 03

So we've had alot of new or just coming into view by the general public. From Outkast to the Yeah Yeah Yeahs who do you think deserves to be called one of the best?

I think what she means is that they really reached a new level of popularity this past year.Their new album managed to get a showing on the rock music charts.A rare feat for a hip-hop group.

Anyhow,I would have to say that one of my most favorite bands just started to get a foothold in "the business" in 2003.That band,of course,would be Interpol.They released their first album in 2002,but it wasn't until 2003 that many rock magazines started to recognize their unique musical style.Cheers to you,guys.

 

I would say that Mastodon is in the limelight now, and that they would get my vote.

 

For me its been something corporate, they got into the vans warped tour and they have some awesome lyrics. Also a band that just started getting airplay that i really admire is Rx bandits, they have some seriously kick-*** lyrics. Cheers to all who made it.
