BJP Award FAQ *Read Before Nominating*

It is our pleasure to start to move things along back to the old regular ways like ever before.

Starting in this announcement, we’re going to post all the categories for the new Awards, and how things will all run along.

Categories:

*Supreme Overlord of Boards.Jp
*Best Avatar
*Most Likely to Never Leave BJP
*Most helpful User
*Craziest/Wackiest User
*Best Newbie
*Best Signature
*Best Art/Gallery
*Best Writer
*Best Role-player

There are two new awards this period. Both are BJP related. Both must be active users and both must have posted in Creative Writing and RPG Forum. If the nominated has not ever posted in either forum it will be ignored.


Terms:

• The Nomination process will last for a span of 3 weeks; this is the time where everyone chooses any person that they think should be nominated for the awards. This is the only time that is allowed to nominate a member. There will be no extensions.


• The Voting process will last for a span of 3 weeks. After quickly reviewing all the votes, the nominees will be posted in their own separate Threads. This is the only time that is allowed to vote for a member. There will be no extensions.


• There will be 3 Series of Awards every year:
-January, February, March & April
-May, June, July & August
-September, October, November & December

• New nominations will be accepted for the next series of Awards after announcing the previous Award winners.

• Winners will be able to hold their title until the end of the next Awards (4 months time). But may not be nominate for any award of the next award series.

• Only active members are allowed to win the awards.


After a short while, the next awards will once again start.

For now, it will remain like this.

The process worked well in the past, and hopefully it will continue to do so.

If you missed someone, just edit your post, to keep it clean.

Again, remember to keep it all to one post, the rest is subject to be ignored.

A note about self voting:

NOMINATIONS-Yes, you guys are allowed to nominate yourselves, it'd be good if you had a reason to nominate yourself, but it's not required by any means.

SINGLE THREAD VOTING POLLS-No. I mean, come on, where's to sport of voting for yourself? ^^

A note about editing posts:If you are in fact going against the rules in a way, remember that your post is subject to be edited. This may mostly happen in the nominations and who not to nominate.

This should happen though, I'll personally PM you myself and remind whoever it is that did whatever.

A note about names:Please remember to spell the names correctly, because some names are close to other, nor can we all just sit back and take guesses. Plus, I think it'd be kinda odd in a way if you can't spell the name of the person you're nominating anyways

A note about Signatures and Avatars As of the BJP Award 2006 Set II only those who created the awards can win them. They made the signatures and avatars.

If I got the Mona Lisa I would never get created for it.

Note on Nominating As of the BJP Award Set II members can only win the same award once a year.
