BJP Awards Questions/FAQ *Read Before Voting/Nominating*

Here is the FAQ for the Tri-Annual BJP awards. Please be sure to read them carefully.


• The Nomination process will last for a span of 1 month.

• The Voting process will last for a span of 3 months.

• There will be 3 Series of Awards every year:
-January, February, March & April
-May, June, July & August
-September, October, November & December

• New nominations will be accepted for the next series of Awards after announcing the previous Award winners.

• Winners will be able to hold their title until the end of the next Awards (4 months time). But may not be nominate for an any award of the next awards series. They must skip illegibility for those awards. But the following after that they are eligable.

• You may only Nominate one user per category.

Well you're nominating or Voting which ever you may see it as. Your nomination seves as a nomination and vote, this process is easier for me, that way we dont have to nominate, post nominations, then vote. It would take twice as long, at least thats how I see it. And dont worry, nothings going to happen to me.

If you would like to know, I am tallying votes using exel. And it wont take much to see who won, you'll get your results almost immidiatly. How bout we see how this one goes and if it doesnt work, we can try it differently next time around?

Are the winners announced at the end of the month?
Is Arcueid, or Sebastien, still eligeble for the Best Mod Award?

Yes. Being a Hosted Moderator, I'm still eligible. Since the award is "Best Mod (Includes Hosted Forum Mods)".

 

Oopsies! I forgotess about it! Still want answers on when the votes are counted and the winners announced!

Yes, Sebastien is still eligible, like he said. Meaikoh, on the other hand, is not. I will make an announcement or be sending out PMs regarding such.

The voting process lasts for the 4 month period, until the end of the last month. I'll announce the winner on the first of the next month. . . . . So in other words, for this series of awards, you will see the winners May 1st!

Um... what happened to this? I think we're mostly through what was supposed to be another round, after the last one, and no one's gotten any awards yet.

I was tied for first place with Cloud [thread=18567]here[/thread] and I want my award!

 

I actually was wondering the same thing. I guess we all just sorta, forgot. ^^;;;; Anywho, you gotta ask Jaken about this, he runs the awards right?

Eeek! I also forg about the Manga to Anime Awards idea. I guess I'll look over it and leave but a few, and give it to Jaken. It's not like we did worse without the awards, right?

This is... Also true. I mean, when I was losing the Best Noob Award (what? Shijin was losing the Best Noob Award!? ) I felt pretty bad. Now, that someone forgot about it for like, 3-4 months, I'm beginning to feel better. Seirously though if we must bring them back then for all means bring them back.

 

Well, I put it up. Like I said there, I hope it can be final so the awards can resume. I think it'd be a nice thing to have awards again.

I noticed that the awards DID end. Well, the thread's closed, as are polls.

Cool though how "Most likely never to leave BJP" and "Best Sig" ended tie. I don't think we've had a tie. Not since I came at leat.(I think)

I really WAS wondering when the awards were gonna be given out. Hopefully we can get a chance to do them if Jaken comes back, or if someone takes over for him....

How about a award for best creativity of BJP, including stories, art, and poetry. If you consider this!! I nominate myself
