I was sharing these at work might as well here. All easy. Plus I am lazy.

Chicken Alfedo Pizza (Makes 2 pizzas)

    2. Once chicken is done add in Alfredo sauce. Cook until it boils. Stir often.

    3. Take out one pizza crust. Pour half of Alfredo mixture on top and cover crust. Add half package of cheese on top.

    4. Bake one pizza at a time for 5 to 8 minutes. Until cheese melts.

    Chicken Quesadilla

    1 1/2 Pounds Chicken breast (3)

    1. Add olive oil in pan. Cut chicken into bit size piece less then 1 inch x 1 inch. Cook chicken over medium heat until it is 180 degrees F. Add in salt and pepper if desired.

    2. After chicken is cooked set in bowl. Take tortilla shell scope in chile con queso add in chicken and cheese. Fold in half. Pan fry until cheese is melted. Cut into 4 pieces (halves twice).

    4. *You can use chicken sparingly most chicken quesadilla places do.

    Hot Steak Pockets

1 package small carrots (won't use all)
    1 small onion (chopped)
    2 Tablespoons butter
    1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
2 medium potatoes (cut into cubes about 2 in x 2 in or less)
    tinfoil
For seasoning lemon pepper, seasoning salt, salt and pepper.

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Take tinfoil and make a pouch/pocket. Add in steak, some carrots, cubed potatoes, onion, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 tablespoon garlic, and some season in each pouch. Close pouch.

    2. Place pouch on baking sheet. Heat for 1 hour. Be careful when opening pocket due to steam. Enjoy.

Why does it seem like Basher and I are the only ones who are still working on this? :p

Anyway, I'm putting this here until I have a chance to make a page for it. Call it a reminder.

Now, this is a recipe that I use at work, and it does make a LOT.

Safeway Signature Southwest Chicken Fajita Salad
(shh, don't tell them I'm posting this! :3)

    Ingredients:
    1 red bell pepper
    1 green bell pepper
    1 red onion, medium sized
600 grams (1.25 lbs) medium cheddar cheese
    1 bunch cilantro
5-6 boneless skinless cooked chiken breasts
375 ml (1.5 cups) Catalina salad dressing
    1 tbsp lime juice

    Directions:

    1. Cut red and green bell peppers into very thin strips (around .5 cm (1/4 in) thick)
    2. Cube cheddar cheese
    3. Slice onion thinly (thinner than the peppers)
    4. Cut cilantro into approximately 1 in pieces
    5. Dice chicken breasts
    6. Mix all ingredients

Easy, no? It'll last up to three days in your fridge, but I'd advise cutting the recipe somewhat as this will make enough for a very large number of people. (It is a commercial recipe, and this is the amount we make for retail sale :p)

Also, ideally it's made with a tequila lime dressing, instead of catalina and lime juice, however they taste similar enough that you can pass one off as the other in a pinch.

I've begun to add recipes to the cookbook. Any changes I should need to make beyond this point will either be page specific, or I can do so without needing to edit every file.

At the moment I've got one recipe in each category save for Side Dishes. I'll add more as I have the time to do so.

Of course, please inform me of any broken or mistaken links. The index I linked does not have an image yet, although I've put a placeholder in for the time being. I also need images for each category, as well.

ironically the first post i make since the navy is for a cook book thread. lol who'd have thought.

Anyways, this is my recipe for scrampled eggs... yes i know but it's special.

    Ingredients:
    3 eggs
    garlic salt
    pepper
    half a cup of milk
    Basil
    thyme

    Supplies:
    fork
    bowl
    pan
    cooking spray
    spatula
    and a stove of course!

    Directions:
    1) spray a thin layer of cooking spray/oil on the pan and set it on a low heat setting on the stove.

    2) mix two eggs, the milk, a pinch of basil, and thyme. after they'll well mix add the last egg until it is fully beat in with the fork.

    3) Pour the contents into the pan and sprinkle the garlic salt and the pepper lightly over the pan. now scrample the eggs with the spatula and enjoy!

    Well I already posted this in the original thread but I'll post it here as well;

    Banana and mango soya smoothie
    Makes 4 large glasses

    - 2 ripe mangos
    - 1 banana
    - 400ml soya milk
    - a handful of ice cubes
    - runny honey

Peel and slice up the banana and mangos and put in a blender with the soya milk and ice cubes. Blend and then add honey to taste. Pour into glasses and drink.

You could add some blueberry, if you like, on top for a slighty different flavour.

    Welcome back Athena ^^
