In the world of the Transformers, nothing is as it seems.......

Both had a mini army built into them, but which do you think was the best of the two?

The Evil Soundwave---Megatron's most trusted soldier.

The heroic Blaster---The commo expert of the Autobots.

    Who can name their cassettes?????

    Let the postings begin>>>>>>>>>

Heh, well...I picked Soundwave. Probably because people were scared of him, even though all he could really do was decode, spy, and hear things further than the other decepticons. All he had for a weapon was that measly little blaster! Smooth operator is a title he holds in the Decepticon ranks.

Blaster...reminds me of Rock an' Roll from G.I. Joe. I think that's his name. He's cool, but Soundwave is better.

Anyway, Soundwave has: Rumble, Frenzy, Lazerbeak, Ravage, and Ratbat. It also may not be known too much, but he also had another Lazerbeak called Buzzsaw.

I dont' know who Blaster has stuck up his chest.

I think it was the same voice over for both Blaster and Rock-and-Roll.

That was common on those shows--all the voices did mostly all the cartoons of that time.

Well, for what it's worth, Blaster is just a rip off of Jazz and Soundwave put together. Soundwave, however, was an original cast member from the beginning.

OK, I will agree with that note.

And I will admit, I did have the Soundwave toy and all his cassettes way before I purchased the Blaster one.

I have been an Original season fan the most---but you have to admit, the Movie did introduce some really cool new characters.

I prefer soundwave who has frenzy, ratbat, rumble, ravage, buzzsaw, laserbeak and he also has 2 others made in 1988 called slugfest and overkill (dinosaurs)

Blaster has Eject, ramhorn(rhino) , Rewind and steeljaw(sabertooth/cheetah or watever it is) he also has two others made in 1988 called grandslam and raindance (these two form into a half-heighted transformer (bumblebee size)

    Soundwave.
He's one of my favorites anyway.
Also I think he's the only Transformer that actually sounds like a machine.
Bit of a push over though, he'd do anything Megatron wanted.

    Soundwave

BTW, Frank Welker did his, Megatron, Galvatron (non movie), and Rumble's voices. They did Soundwave By having him talk then making another track with his voice distroted and played them both at the same time or something
