I just played Breakdown(XBox), a new first person game developed by Namco ( known for Tekken games). Breakdown is a spectacular game viewed from the point of a man named Derrik. Derrik is in a rehab center, trying to recover from severe memory loss. As soon as he gets his ability of physical movement, a group of soldiers burst into the room, and aim thier SMG's at Derrik. A young girl, Alex, teleports into the room with some source of power (not far enough to explain that) and kills all three guards. She seems to be someone from Derrik's past, and she helps him escape. Soon, demon like beings called T'lan (believe thats the name) begin to attack him. During the fights, his arm cramps up with a large force of power,ad it sends surgs through his skin and muscles, giving him incredible power.

That is basically the plot of the first level, and I serously urge you to rent/buy this game. It is very unique, because it attemps the unattemped. 1. You have almost FULL CONTROL over Derriks hands. 2. It is a first person FIGHTER/ with a little bit off shooting. 3. Ever see a backflip in a game from the first person? In this one you will. 4. Over 20 different attack skills, including Quick Left Hook, High Kick, Uppercut, and even some T'lan powers.

    Graphics-5.0/5.0
    Sound- 5.0/5.0
    Controls-4.5/5.0
    Fun- 5.0/5.0
    Replay Value- 5.0/5.0

Once again, I strongly suggest this game to anyone, I have only done half of the first level, and I am already overjoyed by this game.

Yeah... i just want to add to how great this game is.

It is basicly the most realistic first person shooter to date yet.

Because there is no ammunition gauge on the screen, just like in real life. And yeah, i love the controls, and just overall greatness of this game.

The flips can be kinda nausiating at some points, but what i like about it is how when u look at a mirror... everything u do is perfectly replicated. Its a very realistic game... and sometimes i get too thinking its somewhat too realistic.

    Heres my rating...

Graphics-4.9/5.0 (i find its a tad bit scetchy)
    Sound- 5.0/5.0 (perfect)
Controls-4.8/5.0 (few minor ajustments could be to the benifit of the overall play)
Fun- 5.0/5.0 (though at times its extremly hard, its a very fun and challenging game)
Replay Value- 4.5/5.0 (it doesnt have as a high a replay as some others in my opinion)
