I just really hope that we don't have to wait until next September to see the rest of DBZ. I thought that it would finish up this year!! I think there is only like 20 episodes left until GT. I may just go out and buy the DVD's when they come out, or look for the subs. And I'm sorry that the rules weren't really out in the open, they were in a thread in the Misc forum... As for insulting mods, I've seen enough evil mods (a mod that abuses their powers for whatever petty reason they can think up to justify their actions) in my day to be a little wary about giving any one of them a single iota of respect. Some of them can be okay, but many of the ones I've seen act like 4 year olds suddenly given the power of a god and think of themselves like they're some end-all, be-all, untouchable, unquestionable superior being...
More than likely, yes, they will play GT. Like I said, they're gonna milk the Dragon Ball cow until it's drier than Nevada. There's no real reason not to play GT, seeing as they already have and STILL air the original Dragon Ball series. And That guy! I've never known it was that far along already. Must have been pretty fast, since DB as a whole is something to the odd number of 200 episodes? Well, probably not, but I remember there being an extremely large number of them. It's my hopes, then, for them to finish up DBZ soon...because if there's any part of Dragon Ball that I really *DO* wish to see...it's the end. And Catgirl, I don't think the mods here are anything like that. Like was said before, rules are here not just for yourself, but for the fact that there are some younger people who have joined this board. I, for one, do not want my sister when she does turn 13, to be overly exposed to the "porn, language, and violence" as much as I can. Besides, the mods here are all nice, and unusually easy to get a long with.

I never heard of that to tell you the truth.
As far as I can remember, (some spoilers I guess) GT takes place, obviously enough, after Z... Pilaf, from the original Dragon Ball (I believe he's the culprit) uses the Dragon Balls to wish Gokuu to be a kid again and for some reason or another, Gokuu, a more grown up Trunks, and Gohan/Videl's daughter Pan go on a little venture for the Black Star Dragon Balls or something to that extent. Then like Z, there's just little fights thrown in to take up space and such. ^_^ I've never seen the series GT, only bits and pieces and heard some about it... that's all I can remember, and knowing me, I'm probably wrong, heh.
No, I don't think it's started here... I saw like the last episode, subtitled, 'cause my friend had it on tape, then I've downloaded like little movie clips and such you can find around all over the internet. Honestly, I don't think it looks that good, but it'd be nice to see on Toonami or something just to complete the whole series.
GT is the last Dragonball series. Unlike the others it wasn't made by the Dragonball creator Akira Toryiama. It was strictly made to make more money. It focuses on Goku, Trunks (now a teen) and Pan (Gohan and Videl's daughter) searching the universe for another set of Dragonballs: The Black-Star Dragonballs
Okay, I'm not sure about this, but this is what I was told: The Black Star Dragon Balls are spread out throughout the universe (Not just one planet, like the Earth or Namekian Dragon Balls) and when gathered, they can grant one wish, any wish. Though there's something like the Dragon Balls have to be gathered within a certain amount of time or else the planet that the wish was asked for on will be destroyed. The reason they are searching for these Dragon Balls? I have nooooo clue.
The Black Star Dragonballs grant ANY ONE WISH. There are no restrictions. Spoiler The series starts with Pilaf (the first villain from Dragonball sneaking into Kami's lookout and stealing the black star balls (that were apparantly there the whole time). Goku walks in as soon as he's about to make his wish and Pilaf accidently says "Goku I wish you were a kid again so I could kick your ***!" The wish is granted and Goku turns into a kid. Unfrotunately the blak stars scatter across the universe right after, and apparantly, which ever planet the wish is made on is destryed withen one year of the wish. Goku, Truncks and Pan then set off to go find them. I think they're looking for them so they can wish for the Earth to be saved.
I heard that they can't call Bulma's daughter (Bra) in the Toonami dub because it's offensive (oy). Instead they have to call her Baluma or something similar
