Hey don't moan! :) I know, it old and retro. Still it's wonderful! I loved it! The characters, and the game play are incredable! Eventhough it's 2-D, it's fun and I think it deserves to be called a master piece.

Was and still is a great game, this title. Keeping the Castlevania trend, but adding in some RPG-elements to it (particularly liked Simon's Quest on NES because of that) made for a great game. Was surprised to be told I had only finished half the game by a friend of mine when I finished with Alucard - sadly got tired of the game before finishing with the second character.

I've only reached something like 196% of the map finished. And that game is hilariously fun, though I hear the japanese version's more fun, since you can play as Maria. Kinda like Dracula X. ^_^

The RPG elements made the game fun to play, not to mention all the different weapons and spells and stuff you can use. I rather liked the Ceassaegrim + Ring of Varda + Ring of Varda + Sword Familiar combo myself! Beats any monster (including Dracula) in SECONDS!!! ^_^
