what is the corrct term, or atleast a term for a half cat half human person?

 

Since I have NEVER EVER seen a male cat person they are usually called Catgirls.I am assuming that you are talking about anime.

 

I have heard the term "feloid" tossed back and forth before. Not sure if it's "politically correct."

 

I've heard them most commonly referred to ask "Nekos". Then of course, you could always use the name of the Breath Of Fire race, the Woren tribe.

Also, there are real cat people (sort of). Anybody ever see that lady who spend a few million dollars on plastic surgery to make her look like her favorite Persian cat? I bet that doctor must have felt the same way Dr. Frankenstine did when he finish.

Wouldn't Thunder Cats be considered an exception? I thought the type of cat-people that Nakoruru was talking about was the kawii kind- like what Hikaru from Rayearth does?

 

The scientific term is anthropomorphic, however it's a general term that covers a lot of things (like inanimate objects with human characteristics, animals with human behavior, natural phenomena with human characteristics, animals with human features, etc.). You might see anime-lovers use that term to describe half-animal characters though, so it's not that much of a strange word.

I like to make up my own words. I'd call em, "nekofied peeps."

 

on Outlaw Star there are some boy cat thingys, there called Ctarl-Ctarls or something on there though :catgirl: :catgirl:

 

The cat people are either CatGirls or CatBoys.

CatGirls are ridiculously cute, CatBoys... well... sometimes are quite favored by the Yaoi/Slasher Girls. ...ehehehehe...

 

sounds like michael jackson... what creature is he planning on looking like? a cat after being squished under a car!
