Food Chicken Quesadillas

Some Chicken Quesadillas. They were good. Everyone should eat them. Even if you're a vegetarian. Throw beliefs and habits to the wind and eat the tasteh things.

 

Quesadillas = teh win. Especially mesquite chicken ones.

They used to have great ones at the Rio Bravo restaurant here -- then they sadly got bought out and went out of business.

 

Don't ya hate it when that happens? Go hunt them down and rip out their souls. Or something. They sell em at our caf. (the Quesadilla's, not souls ^-^) I can go get more until six, when it closes....course I already had some....and a giant orange SLUSHIE!! OMFG. Femmers, I wub you. *^-^* Who likes cheese?! Who does?!

 

K0ge where is that resturant that sells them that you told me about on the phone.. with the dude who Messed up your order.. Seeing how i cant exactly eat at you Cafe!..

Quesadillas son buenos

Actually, part of the reason I started studying Spanish all those years ago was my love for Mexican food. Of course, this quickly turned to a love for the language, but that's another story.
Quesadillas are kicks. They're a great food. You don't need the chicken for them to be good, though. They're just fine plain.
I also recommend enchiladas, flautas and, of course, fried ice cream. I know how to make bean enchiladas ... if I had a kitchen up here, I'd be eating those every day.

Duuuuude. You, like, like Spanish? >D Duuuude. I hadn't met a person who isn't a native speaker and yet loves the language. >D You are COOL in my book!

Quesadillas rock. >D I don't like cheese, but I can somehow manage to have it in quesadillas. The chicken makes 'em better. ^__^; (Try Taco Bell's chicken quesadillas. Muy deliciosas, mano~~)

And I second that recommendation of flautas. Those are SO nummy. In fact, lots of Mexican food is good. (I crave Mexican now. )

 

About the only Mexican food I like (other than tacos) is cheese quesadillas. I feel different now. Woo-hoo!

Clearly you have not met me, queen of latino cooking.
I make flautas, tostadas, empanadas, enchiladas, quesidillas sopa de fedyo and now mofongo (thx to Saber!) and i also make everything else under the sun.
I'll give up more recipes later!
