Anime Chrono trigger

Any ideas where could i find the series for chrono trigger? love the game and saw the opening from the series so i really really want to find e'm.

 

i heard that it was released in japan or somewhere but didnt spread to the world...came quite underground stuff, All i have found is this one hundred meg "OVA" file that's been made by chronotrigger fans, but no idea where to find the tv-series.

 

I would kill for a Chrono Trigger anime. Who do I have to kill? You point, I shoot!

I have the first episode of the OVA series, just look for "Chrono Trigger BitTorrent" on google.

 

Okay... let's kill the phantasy I just heard from some major guru know it all manga guy that there is no series from chrono trigger...damint. The only "series" existing is just the OVA ppl spoke of, the rest are the mentioned psx clips.

Damn.. feel like sh1t, it would'v been a blast if such series would have existed...

 

You do know that an OVA is basically a miniseries, right?

 

It's one episode. It's 16 minutes. It's a parody. The monsters of CT are the stars, Gonzalez and Johnny are there too. The main characters are not present with the exception of Crono and Lucca, and you only see the backs of their heads. It was pretty cool, but has no relevance to the Chrono Trigger story.

 

yup, it was quite funny though. But somehow i'm glad they didn't make more than one clip of it. I don't think chrono trigger should be shown as a comedy...

 

I think it is better as a game. Most conversions from game to anime didn't turn out too well. *Thinks of FFU and shudders*

 

i looked up more information on this show called anime for CT .and i fiound out it was only made for the game...there were things that resemble CT but not the real deal as the same story or the poeple in it..bye

 

It's not a conversion, it's just a 16 minute parody.





And Spike, it does resemble Chrono Trigger. If you would read my other post you would know that some of the characters do appear.

Awwww... if only they would make a Anime for Trigger... I love that game! I totally mastered it (along with FF7, and slews of other RPG's)

I found out yesterday that they did make a Chrono Trigger anime. They just nevert released it here. Akira Toriyama (have no idea how to spell at moment) did it. I even saw a petition to get it over here.

 

Reviving thread better than creating new one...

I just made my appearance on the unlicensed scene. Although I was a bit too late to see some gems like Naruto and Aa! Megami-Sama!, I still started off by practically blasting my computer's head off. I got 15 downloads going all at once, and one of the first to finish was the Chrono Trigger OVA.

So, I watched it last night. I loved it! It was awesome to see all the (monsters) from the game come to life! I was laughing the whole way through! Anyway, I was wondering what some other (newer) people thought of the thing. Did anyone else find it as hilarious as I did?

My favorite character was that little Poyozo-thing. His antics were hilarious, and not driven by stupidity, like the Nu's. Not to mention he was super-cute!
