    [Note: I think this should be stickied, as it could prove useful as a reference. Mods, it's your call. Um, wait... isn't posting something like this the mods' job? ^_^]

    [Note 2: This chronology is taken from the Escaflowne Compedium ^_^]

    All years are listed relative to the Gaea War. Please note that time on Gaea does not necessarily pass at the same rate as on Earth.

    Over 10,000 years ago
    Atlantis thrives as a civilization.

    12,000 years ago
    Atlantis destroyed.

    New Galactic Era
    13th Moon
    The descendants of Atlanteans inscribe a black monument in the ruins of Atlantis.

    10,000 years ago
    The first king rules over Fanelia.

    17th century
    Isaac lives on Earth as a scientist.

    1)poor mods! C-Chan you are beating them to the punch, if you are rubbing it in they aren't quite active enough, please stop. I think you are being a bit too agressive with this forum and turning people away. tbh. just ease up a little, let the forum find it's place here 'naturally' like the other popular forums. You'll be surprised.

    2)maybe the mods were spending time coming up with a chronology they made themselves? ANYWAYS a Google 2 second search under 'Escaflowne Chronology= First Link= http://www.anime.net/escaflowne/story/chronology/

    As a mod, I have to be honest here and say that I haven't bothered coming up with a chronology for the series. A lot of the events listed in this chronology are never mentioned (to my knowledge) in the series, at least not with firm dates attached.

    Also, I wouldn't say that posting something of this nature is necessarily up to the mods. After all, are we supposed to know everything? That's quite a high ideal to live up to. I see the purpose of a forum like this one as a way to share information about something we love, and to become friends with others who share the same interests.

    No, not rubbing it in. Until this place sees more activity, there really isn't much for them to actually mod... not to to mention I've got all this stuff sitting away useless. ^_^ Though I do see your point on how it seems that way. 'Course I'll ease up. ^_^

    Ah, thanks. Looking now, it seems a goodly site, though tarot card images it has not. >_< Oh well, back to the search. ^_^

    I've wondered about those dates myself. Although, come to think of it, it isn't all that unusual for a series to be expanded through a website (officially, that is), and the esca compedium seems to be the official site. Still, the chronology seems a useful resource, especially for fanfic writers. I'm something of a fanfic writer myself, which is how I've found this in the first place. Never been that useful for me, but others might find it differently. ^_^
