Let's all say "(affected) Jamaican patois" White boy from Toronto he is, but it was a jamaican area of Toronto, where a jamaican friend gave him the name 'Snow' and taught him how to sound jamaican (though I wouldn't know how successful he was). Anyway, there's the reason it's a bit unintelligible. Now tell me Marley sucks cause you can't understand him At least he's really jamaican..

 

The traditional death metal growl vocals are very hard to understand, but you get them eventually. There wouldn't be any point of me listing off any of the vocalists. The list would go on for ages.
It's not just death metal either. Plenty of other genres of metal and various bands are hard to understand.

But I remember Snow, damn he was hilarious. I heard it again recently. Gave me a good laugh. I might get the mp3, should be good fun.

The Jamaican accent can be difficult because a lot of people speak it really fast. Try to understand Sean Paul. I dare you.
If you like The Bloodhound Gang, I'm sure you'll agree that The Inevitable Return of the Great White Dope features Jimmy Pop spouting some of the most difficult to understand vocals ever.
Shakira's kind of difficult in some of her Spanish songs, but then again, she sounds a lot better in Spanish, so I'll deal with it.
