Thats my favorite strategy game..the graphics and gameplay is great...the lasting appeal is great...I also like the fact that you must make a mixture of different military uses, as well as claiming your territory on the maps...

    IMO its worth it...

I have it and I love it.. the multiplayer is kind of disappointing though, even though it is the pinnacle of the gameplay, seeing as there is no single player plot, just completely random missions. I like to skirmish against the computer mostly, because multiplayer is buggy and often laggy. But overall it rocks, I say buy it.

This game was pretty good. You can choose to be the good folks or the bad folks. I thought it was challenging. It was by no means my favourite strategy game though.

I heard mixed reviews about this. Personally I am really out of C&C games (renagade is an exception), they're repetive and generally boring after a while). I'd consider getting it if you guys can convince me in buying Generals but otherwise I'm sticking with CDV games (sudden strike and cossacks)

I Agree with Shenlong_nk. The C&C games are always based on the same stragedy ideas...and not mention how many different versions there are ( Tiberian Sun, Red Alert I & II, Command & conquer Counterstrike, etc etc...) There are too many versions of the game, makes it rather boring :(

It was good when Red Alert I was realsed...later on...everything just went DOWN! But that's only my opinion....

Believe it or not Teddz, you're the first person to spell my name right during my stay here at M2A, you didn't spell it with a 'g' between 'Shen' and 'long' like most people do and you even put the _nk at the end. *water builds up in eye* thank you so much... *sniff*

Back to the topic, C&C Red Alert was also the first game I liked + played, Tiberium Sun was ok but soon grew old along with every other C&C game (other than C&C renegade of course - that game rules)
